April Feria | Street Food

The Best Spanish Fiesta

April Feria | Street Food

Whether you’re a seasoned Spanish foodie, or have recently been converted to the delicacies that are from Spain, we thought we would tell you all about the terrific traders we have coming to April Feria in Cardiff.

Bristol-based street food trader, Riceminster, probably churns out enough rice to feed the Balearic islands. Chef Guillermo has been serving his unique paella since May 2016 from his minimalist aesthetic stall, with his specialties being Paella Valenciana (traditional meat paella) and Seafood Paella, as well as the Vegan version.

Viva Los Churros

If you enjoy sweet cakes, sugar, deep fried food and chocolate, this one’s for you guys. Churros is a fried-dough pastry that is typically dunked into chocolate or caramel sauce (can we get an olé?!).

Bearded Taco

These guys are the rulers of tacos. Yes, they’re not Spanish, but we wanted to give you all one more street food vendor to dribble over and tacos aren’t that far from tortillas, are they? They do vegan tacos, meat tacos and veggie tacos– so take your pic!
